Tasks
-Maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders. -Oversee all project-related communication. -Motivate and engage employees to drive excellence in project delivery. -Creates a positive environment which drives a culture of respect and mutual support within their team -Manage internal and external teams to meet project goals. -Identify and manage any additional work, ensuring clear cost agreements. -Ensure adherence to Vistry's on-site processes. -Foster continuous safety improvements across the project. -Induct and support team members in role-specific requirements and identify opportunities for improvement. -Regularly review and manage the project programme to ensure timely completion. -Lead and facilitate key project meetings with stakeholders. -Ensure the safety and welfare of all individuals involved, in line with Vistry's safety policy. -Lead the successful completion of the project, maintaining high standards in quality, time, and client relations. -Develop and coach team members, encouraging growth and providing constructive feedback. -Ensure that quality standards are consistently met throughout the project by implementing effective quality management processes and conducting regular reviews. -Integrate commercial considerations into decision-making processes. -Develop plans to ensure resource and supply chain requirements are met.

What You Bring
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Project and Asta Team plan -Experience working on new build multi story projects or housing projects -Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety obligations and building legislation -Valid Scaffold Inspection certificate -NVQ Level 6 -7 BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar -Experience in the management of Health and Safety -Qualified to the required CIOB Grade applicable at the time in accordance with group policy -Valid LOLER certificate -Valid First Aid at Work Certificate -Reputation for integrity, maturity and sound business judgment and be totally comfortable leading and working in a team environment -Excellent interpersonal skills -Ability to analyse technical and commercial aspects of developments and apply solutions in terms of time, cost, quality, and best use of available resources -Creates consensus through influence and persuasion with the ability to inspire others -A proven operational, team player who can set direction and delivery within challenging market conditions -Valid SMSTS Certificate
