Tasks

-Evaluate and maintain supplier performance for electronics and electrical components. -Support cost optimization and timely project delivery. -Manage customer inspections and ensure quality compliance. -: Oversee manufacturing, assembly, and testing of railway signaling cabinets and related products. -Train and mentor team members on production processes and quality standards. -Collaborate with project management, design and sales teams for quotations and technical clarifications. -Promote adherence to SIL-4 compliance and safety protocols. -Ensure compliance with Metro project specifications and export standards. -Handle customer issues and provide timely resolutions. -Engage with suppliers for timely delivery and quality assurance.

-Strong understanding of Metro and export project business models. -Familiarity with RDSO and Metro customer inspection protocols. -15 + years of metro and export projects in Railway signaling products. -Familiarity with RDSO guidelines, Metro customer inspections, and export documentation. -Deep knowledge of cabinets, Electronic Interlocking (EI) systems and Metro signaling processes. -Strong understanding of electronics, electrical systems, integration, wiring harnesses, and signaling components. -BE/B Tech in ECE/EEE/E&I -Expertise in assembly, wiring harness, and testing processes. -Hands-on experience with Handling the measuring instruments -In-depth knowledge of Metro signaling cabinets, Electronic Interlocking, and Railway signaling standards. -Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills..
