Lead design and engineering of Acid Regeneration Plants and related thermal equipment

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Making Design calculations. -Selection of bought out components -Ensure correctness of the drawings, documents prepared by the team. -Control teams of Engineers and Draughtsman, to carry out engineering activities. -Co-ordination with global entities of JC. -Planning the design activities for the project and for the team. -Ensure timely completion of engineering, timely ordering & delivery. -Providing P & ID, Data Sheets as per the requirement. -Ensure use of BAT (Best Available Technology) in the equipment’s designed. -Ensure timely completion of the activities. -Guiding and motivating fellow employees -Co-ordination with other departments like planning, manufacturing, QC, Erection and -Development of new design engineering. -Should have handled a drafting team and engineers. -Preparation of models using 3D softwares like AutoDesk Inventor. -Communication with customer, participation in technical discussions with customer

What You Bring

-Good experience of thermal and process calculations.. -Experience in interpreting complex needs and delivering heavy engineering -Excellent Presentation skills -Process knowledge of Galvanizing, Color coating will be preferred. -Good knowledge of process equipment related to Mechanical/thermal system. -Complete process knowledge of ARP with additional knowledge of steel strip processing -Thorough knowledge of reading and preparing drawings -Thorough knowledge of designing ARPs along with design calculations. -Knowledge of Machine Design, System, Process, and analytical skills -Knowledge on Value Engineering -B.E./B.Tech Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with 5- 12 years of experience, in large -Good at Planning, Decision Making & Man Management Skills. -Hands on knowledge and practical experience of making in 2D and 3D models on -Good at Planning & Decision-Making skills. -Demonstrated Team building and leadership skills -Use of iLogic, parametric modelling will be an added qualification -Excellent time management and prioritization skills to deliver timely client response -Communication and interpersonal skills for developing and maintaining client
