What You Bring
-Experience developing and validating instrumental methods for chemical analysis (e.g., GC-MS, LC-MS) -Experience developing hazard profiles and toxicity reference values according to U.S. federal guidance (e.g., USEPA’s Provisional Peer-Reviewed Toxicity Values or Integrated Risk Information System) -Experience performing data analysis using the R programming language -Experience evaluating exposures to and toxicological effects of emerging contaminants. -7 years of experience working as a toxicologist in a consulting setting -A minimum of 5 years of experience as a working toxicologist in a consulting setting -Working experience with USEPA’s Benchmark Dose Modeling software. -Familiarity with OECD/USEPA guideline testing procedures for toxicological health effects. -Bachelor’s Degree in Toxicology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or closely related field -Ph.D. in Toxicology -Experience performing systematic literature reviews, conducting systematic data evaluations, extracting data, and risk of bias assessments with quality control considerations
