Overview

Clean and maintain kitchen exhaust hoods and rooftop exhaust fans on third shift.

Tasks

-Installation of auxiliary items including access panels, hinge kits, and grease containment systems -Clean rooftop exhaust fans and surrounding areas

Requirements

• driving exp
• valid license
• night shift

• physically demanding

What You Bring

-Previous experience in a physically demanding job is strongly preferred - this job is physically demanding and can be dirty at times. -Have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience -Ability to work overnight varying shift times -Ability to access and tolerate small spaces and work high places - technicians will be inside exhaust systems and outside on the roof nightly in various weather conditions -Be at least 20 years old -Hold a valid driver's license -Grease – grease trap cleaning and line jetting
