Tasks

Supervising and supporting a team of multi-skilled engineers and subcontractors Acting as the main point of contact for the client, resolving technical queries and performance issues Taking responsibility for H&S compliance, team training, discipline, and performance Monitoring and controlling costs, materials, and equipment allocation Managing work instructions, job variations, and ensuring timely, high-quality task completion Conducting site inspections and maintaining compliance documentation Ensuring all PPM and reactive maintenance tasks are completed to contract requirements This is a key role where you’ll be the technical lead on-site, managing a skilled team and ensuring both planned and reactive works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Are you a hands-on engineering supervisor ready to lead from the front? We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Working Engineering Supervisor to join our team and oversee our prestigious Derby College contract. The engineer will required to complete A/C across all sites. . AC engineer to complete PPM/Reactive requirements IOSH Managing Safely or similar Health & Safety qualification City & Guilds in Mechanical – AC qualification required Strong understanding of compliance and service delivery standards Team management experience and a proven background in a supervisory role
