Tasks

The successful candidate will be confident taking ownership of projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, managing consultant coordination, producing detailed drawing packages, and leading site delivery with professionalism and precision. -Ensure compliance with current building regulations and construction standards -Produce and review comprehensive drawing packages and specifications -Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution -Oversee site progress and ensure design intent is maintained throughout -Lead the technical delivery of projects from RIBA Stage 3 through to completion -Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative working environment -Troubleshoot technical issues and propose creative, practical solutions -Diverse, design-led projects: Work across a range of commercial and hospitality interiors, from concept to completion.

What You Bring

We are seeking a Technical Designer / Architect with a strong design sensibility and a solid background in technical delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, takes pride in high-quality execution, and enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. -Confident communicator with a collaborative approach -Strong attention to detail and organisational skills -Demonstrated experience working through RIBA Stages 3–6 -Qualified Architect or experienced Technical Designer -Proficiency in Revit is essential -Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and construction processes
