The Role
Overview
Provides administrative, payroll, purchasing and coordination support for construction projects.

Tasks
-Fulfill requests related to office management and administrative tasks; -Coordinate and book the necessary arrangements for travel; -Ensure the processing and drafting of all required correspondence and ensuring the execution of various mandates between the different departments; -Maintain an inventory of office supplies, equipment, and materials; -Receive visitors, deliveries, communications, etc. at the office, direct them appropriately; -Provide purchasing support to the project, including the issuing of POs, reconciliation of receipts and data entry; -Complete correspondence requests, such as writing letters and completing various documentation; -Prepare, record, and follow up on payments of expense accounts; -Structure and effectively maintain a filing system; -Coordinate various executive or project management meetings, including the preparation of necessary documents and/or presentations; -Provide payroll support to the project, including the daily completion of time sheet entry, as well as answer inquiries to site personnel related to payroll matters;

What You Bring
-Post Secondary Education in Business Administration or similar program, or a combination of relevant training and experience; -Thoroughness and rigor; -Acts with discretion, and able to maintain and manage confidential information; -Excellent communication skills; -Knowledge of the construction industry; -Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work. -1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry; -Interpersonal skills, tact, and diplomacy; -Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task; -Bilingualism, French and English, would be considered an asset. -Enjoys working in a team; -Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook applications;
