Tasks

-Customer Relationship Management - 20% - Establish and maintain -Project Management - Oversee modernization projects to ensure efficient, profitable close-out. Provide approved submittals and ensure timely delivery of materials from vendors. Collaborate with the Field Superintendents to monitor job progress and address potential delays with action plans. Partner with Engineering and local & regional management for successful completion of the project. Maintain vendor relationships and assist with monthly forecasting and budget planning. Identify change notice opportunities, prepare paperwork, and secure customer approvals before work begins. -Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards for all. -Create Value for the Customer: Deliver innovative, reliable solutions. -Financial Ownership - Manage project revenue, size, and adherence to -Integrity and Trust: Foster honest, ethical relationships.

What You Bring

-Experience in elevator or related building systems industry -Bachelor's Degree: Major: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or Finance with at least 5 years of proven project management experience; 3-7 years' experience leading projects and coordinating resources -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel -Familiarity with SAP, Lotus Notes, and project management software like Procore -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Strong financial acumen -Ability to read schematics and blueprints Required
