Maintenance Technician

Overview

Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs for a 48‑unit multifamily community.

Tasks

-Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents -Assist with court-ordered “set-outs” when necessary -Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3-5 days) -Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24 to 48-hour expectation) -Maintain grounds and curb appeal -Be responsive to on-call emergencies

Requirements

What You Bring

-Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks -Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license -Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders by using smartphone applications -1+ years of related experience -Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours) -Ability to be “on-call” for emergencies -Broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry -HVAC training and certification preferred
