Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IPR) Analyst II

Manage inventory planning, replenishment, and purchasing to support branch operations.

Tasks

-Analyze inventory and market trends, proactively scheduling replenishment and purchase orders -Prevent excess and obsolete inventory -Ensure timely supplier follow-ups on orders and deliveries -Assist Supply Chain and Branch Managers in maintaining inventory to support their operations in branch inventory levels for efficiency and customer satisfaction. -Handle data entry and system inquiries -Oversee costs and address AP to PO issues -Meet or exceed Inventory Report metrics with effective management

What You Bring

-Strong self-starting experience and ability to excel in independent work environment -Strong customer service and problem resolution skills -Ability to travel as necessary for occasional meetings, audits, and cycle counts -Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma, 3-5 years’ experience in distribution business with 2+ years purchasing experience -Demonstrated ability to perform and adapt in a changing environment -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
