The Role

Overview

Drive hydroelectric service growth by securing new business and managing client relationships.

Tasks

-Partner with internal teams — including Engineering, Project Management, and Field Service — to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction as needed. -Work closely with engineering, estimating, and field service teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company capabilities. -Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients — utilities, independent power producers, OEMs, and EPC firms. -Change order estimates, schedule, writeups. -Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions. -Conduct site visits, attend conferences, and represent the company at industry events to strengthen relationships and brand presence. -Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets in assigned territory or accounts in the services area. -Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and regular updates to senior leadership on market trends and business opportunities related to services. -Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hydroelectric service market, including maintenance, refurbishment, upgrades, and field inspection services.

What You Bring

-ERP knowledge (ability to learn) - Epicor -Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications. -Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. -Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively. -Hold contractors licenses as needed to perform field work as required -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. -Scheduling knowledge – P6 Primavera
