What You Bring

With our ever-growing strategic land portfolio in mind, we are seeking to appoint someone with a town planning background to project manage live and forthcoming planning applications, working closely within the dynamic land team. Ideally, the successful candidate will come from a housebuilder, consultancy or local authority background. -Previous knowledge and experience of preparing and analysing financial appraisals -Qualified (MRICS/MRTPI) or working towards qualification -Able to use Microsoft packages -Ability to build relationships with contacts within Land Agents, Planning Departments -Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. -Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Proven experience as a Land Manager or in a similar role -Demonstrate a good understanding of the planning process
