-Customer Focus – Builds strong client relationships and ensures satisfaction at every stage. -Maintain contact with existing customers for repeat sales, service reminders, and feedback. -Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts in coordination with the finance and admin team. -Attend training sessions and product launches as required -Stay updated on vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, and competitor products. -Proactively follow up on leads generated through walk-ins, calls, or digital platforms. -Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, insurance, and financing. -Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the pre-sale and post-sale processes. -Ensure all required documents (IDs, payment receipts, registration forms) are accurately submitted. -Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations. -Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options. -Accountability & Ownership – Works independently and ensures targets are achieved with quality results.
-4–6 years of experience in automotive sales (new or pre-owned vehicles). -Ability to prepare quotations, manage leads, and handle documentation efficiently. -Agility & Adaptability – Responds positively to changing priorities and customer needs. -Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field. -Collaboration & Influence – Works well with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals. -Strong product knowledge of vehicles, features, and financing options. -Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. -Proficiency in CRM and sales software (e.g., Autoline, Salesforce, DMS).
-Operates large multi-branch facilities in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, and Western Region. -Holds exclusive UAE dealership rights for brands like Tadano cranes, Astra trucks, Mitsubishi forklifts, Kawasaki loaders, and New Holland machinery. -Typical projects include supplying and servicing lifting, transport, and material handling equipment for construction, infrastructure, and industrial clients. -Financially strong, it supports sales, spare parts, and service divisions, leveraging its scale and brand partnerships to drive consistent growth.
