Maintain PV plant reliability via preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance & optimization.

Tasks

-Collaboration with the TO in the deployments of the new production plants. -Control of technical problems in the production plants using corporate tools (QlikView, DDAMM, MAGUS, Máximo, RDO, etc.). Analysis of alarms and definition of action plans for improving availability. -Definition and continuous adaptation of the maintenance plans for PV assets, and monitoring of the reliability, efficiency and Health & Safety. All of this is through:Annual Maintenance PlanInvestments in the fleetModifications due to the appearance of new risksChanges at the request of manufacturersStatutory changesAging of componentsPolicy to extend the life of assets -Root-cause analysis of incidents related to the technologies. -Programming of ad hoc indicators and alarms for performance control. -Detection and development of Opex opportunities for improvement in the Technology. -Supervision of the compliance of the production plant grid codes and voltage sags in accordance with local regulations. -Technical support for the management of stocks -Measurement of fouling coefficient and business cases for decision-making with respect to cleaning of photovoltaic modules. -Management of interchangeable parts -Definition/update of the technology cost models. -In the specific case of NAW Technology, responsibility for the management of the materials master for all the assets. -Deployments: Inspections and reporting of pendings in construction phase, and review and validation of critical transfer points (SCADA, tests of performance and quality of measurements from weather stations and calibrated modules) -Support to Supply Chain and Quality for the definition of spare parts and suppliers. -Development and improvement of cleaning systems according to location of each production plant. -Coordination with the Manufacturers Technologists -Digitalization of the documentation -Drafting of technical maintenance instructions. -Documentary management and updating of maintenance, configuration and condition of assets:Maintenance ManualTechnical instructionsDigitalization of the documentationTraceability of the components installed -“Second level” technical support for Site Managers and regional Operations Engineering in the resolution of technical problems: incidents, SAT, etc.

What You Bring

-Experience: 4-6 years of experience in similar functions and responsabilities in PV Industry (Operations & Maintainance). -Traceability of the components installed -Technology risk management: risk identification and definition of preventive, corrective and follow-up measures, including verification of results. -Languages: English advance level -Competency based profile: communication, adaptability, teamwork, problem-solving, analytical, organization. -Definition of IR monitoring and criteria and photovoltaic module degradation tests. -Nice to have - specific training on renewable energies. -Education required : Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s in Industrial Engineering or any technical / engineering field.Nice to have - specific training on renewable energies.
