Tasks

-Managing the Service Order program -Assessing engineering/technical requirements -Assisting in the development of scopes of work (SOW's) -Initiating project work, inspecting work, ensuring work is completed in accordance with the SOW and that all work is completed with quality and in a workmanlike manner. -Developing cost proposals and soliciting proposals from subcontractors.

What You Bring

-Must be familiar with the various coes and standards applicable to the O&M tasks covered by the performace work statement, NFPA, EPA and OSHA codes and standards and TJC for hospital accreditations. -An ASHE Certified Health Care Facility Manager (CHFM), a Project Mangagement Professional (PMP) or ASHE Certificied Healthcare Constructor (CHC) certification is desirable. -Must be albe to read, write, speak and understand English -Must have experience with DoD MTF design standards, bid preparation, bid evaluation and selection, award, inpection, acceptance and project close-out. -Must be technically qualified in the field of Healthcare, Facilities Management and Constructio -Must posses advanced knowledge and understanding of all aspects of medical facility repair, construction, and facilities management to inlcude the following discuplines: Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communication and security sytems -Must have experience in health care construction, renovation and maintenance and respair project management in a hospital environment.
