-Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to engage across teams -Professional certifications (e.g. ISO Lead Auditor, IEMA, CQI) -Proven experience in managing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems -Experience conducting internal and external audits -Familiarity with supply chain management and sustainability practices -Ability to write clear procedures and guidance documents -Experience developing and delivering Net Zero strategies or sustainability programmes -Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, carbon accounting standards and environmental legislation -Working knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 17025 -Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
