Tasks

-Lead technical workshops -Oversee all aspects of MEPH commissioning, ensuring delivery meets project and client expectations. -Produce and maintain commissioning records and reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams. -Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and client teams to deliver commissioning deliverables on time. -Apply a detailed understanding of ATP procedures and ASHRAE guidelines throughout project lifecycle. -Ideally, assist in the development of commissioning programmes using Microsoft Project or Asta Powerproject. -Represent commissioning interests in project meetings with a confident, solutions-focused approach. -Undertake commission ability reviews during design and pre-construction phases to influence buildability and operational functionality.

What You Bring

Commissioning Manager (3–5 Years’ Experience) -Based in or around the Midlands with the ability to work in London as needed. -Exposure to commissioning within commercial, residential or mixed-use schemes. -Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. -Experience in programme development and tracking using MS Project or Asta Powerproject. -Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, public health systems and integration within complex building environments. -3–5 years’ experience in a commissioning role within MEPH environments. -Comfortable leading meetings, managing teams, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. -Full UK driving licence and own vehicle. -Strong verbal and written communication skills.
