Graduate civil engineer handling site surveys, setting out, and project coordination.

Tasks
-Setting out duties including but not limited to pipelines, earthworks and structures -Create and distribute 4 week lookaheads and report into Section Engineer -Monitor and inspect construction activity to ensure quality requirements and project specifications are met -Assist the project team in the creation of risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) and other project documentation in line with Binnies H&S & Quality processes -Work closely with the client, design team, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure successful delivery of the project -Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure compliance -Maintain accurate record keeping of site tasks, site as site diaries, as-built drawings and minutes of meetings -Undertake site surveys and levelling to establish benchmarks to facilitate accurate setting out -Working alongside other professionals and JV construction partners, in multi-disciplinary

What You Bring
-Experienced in the use of surveying equipment (Total Stations / GPS) -Desirable experience with the use of CAD or similar software -Self-motivated and effective team player. -Desire to work proactively towards Incorporated or Chartered membership of the ICE, CIWEM or other equivalent institutions -Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent -Full UK driving license -Flexible and able to work in multiple locations -Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
