- At least eight (8) years of relevant experience
- Experience mentoring less experienced staff
- Experience participating in potable water technical organization activities
- Technical oversight on potable water projects experience
- PE license in any state with the ability to obtain in additional states
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in environmental, civil, chemical engineering from an accedited college or university
