Tasks

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing property valuations, analysing asset performance, and supporting strategic initiatives across a diversified institutional portfolio. You’ll work closely with senior executives, development and finance teams, and external partners to deliver insights that drive investment performance and value creation. The role offers excellent exposure to end-to-end asset management processes and portfolio decision-making within an established and growing investment platform. -Monitor and analyse asset-level financial and operational performance (NOI, capital expenditure, etc.) -Track and report on valuation trends across the portfolio -Coordinate periodic property valuations with external valuers and internal stakeholders -Analyse valuation reports to ensure consistency with market data and asset performance -Assist with annual business plans and budgets for individual assets and the wider portfolio -Prepare performance reports and dashboards to support internal decision-making

What You Bring

-MUST be a qualified valuer. -Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with valuation or feasibility software is advantageous -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills -1–3 years’ experience in real estate valuation, investment analysis, or asset management -Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
