Tasks

The position focuses on developing and implementing engaging video content strategies across social media platforms, with a particular emphasis on YouTube and TikTok. The role also includes contributing to visual content production and supporting the photography function during busy periods. -Produce high-quality, platform-appropriate video content on a consistent basis. -Build and engage an online community, responding to messages and comments and fostering authentic connections. -Manage YouTube and TikTok channels, including content creation, posting, descriptions, and optimization. -Manage or troubleshoot technical issues related to content platforms when necessary. -Develop a video content strategy including concept creation, moodboards, and scheduling. -Plan and schedule regular video releases in line with engagement and growth goals. -Provide hands-on support to photography production, including assisting with shoots, image selection, and editing.
