Tasks

You’ll work closely with prospective residents, help drive leasing performance, and play a key role in retention, renewals, and relationship-building. -Promote lease renewals by engaging with current residents. -Serve as a key point of contact for student leasing inquiries and property tours. -Deliver exceptional service and maintain a strong brand presence at events and on-site. -Support the full leasing cycle: applications, documentation, and follow-ups. -Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to enhance leasing campaigns. -Provide expert knowledge of properties, amenities, pricing, and promotions. -Track market activity, competitor offerings, and trends to support leasing strategy. -Manage prospect data and CRM updates with accuracy and attention. -Ensure promotional content, website listings, and materials are accurate and up-to-date. -Respond to third-party education agent inquiries and coordinate showings.

What You Bring

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused Leasing Coordinator to support the leasing and resident journey across Greystar’s student accommodation portfolio. This is a newly created role due to business growth—perfect for someone ready to make an impact through excellent customer engagement, attention to detail, and energy for leasing and sales success. -National Criminal History Check. -Demonstrated experience in leasing, student accommodation, hospitality, or real estate. -Additional languages highly desirable for international student interactions. -Experience with CRM or leasing platforms (e.g. StarRez, Salesforce). -Comfortable working in a team and taking initiative independently. -Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with attention to detail. -Confidence in presenting, showing properties, and closing leases. -Valid driver's license. -Strong customer service and interpersonal skills—natural relationship builder.
