Overview

Coordinate project information and stakeholder interfaces for airport programs

Tasks

-Provides updates and reports via the Delivery Cabinet and the Interface Management Group to effectively communicate interface risks and opportunities. -Interfaces with various internal and external stakeholder groups to align the necessary consultations and approvals. -Provides specialist project management expertise in Information Technology to support the coordination of organizational interfaces and requirements. -Synthesize and translate technical information (related to milestones and core programs) for specific business units, identifying stakeholder engagement and communications imperatives/opportunities. -Works collaboratively with the wider program team to coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvals as required. -Works collaboratively alongside the airport departments to mitigate impacts and advance opportunities from the Program and effectively meet departmental requirements.

What You Bring

-Extensive experience in collaborating across groups, managing stakeholder relationships and providing insightful reporting to support effective decision-making. -Strong technical proficiency across all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance, with a preference for large-scale programs or projects. -Proven expertise in project management and/or relevant technical disciplines for delivering complex projects. -A minimum of 5 years of experience working on large airport projects or similar infrastructure programs. -Ability to analyze and synthesize technical information for targeted stakeholder audiences, identifying key engagement and communication opportunities. -At least 10 years of professional experience in program management. -Bachelor's Degree with 4 + years of relevant experience in program management.
