  • Act as the primary point of contact for both prospective and current clients, responding with professionalism, urgency, and care.

  • Collaborate with internal departments—including Property Management, Accounting, IT, and Marketing—to ensure seamless execution of operational priorities.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly ancillary revenue targets (corporate meetings and events, virtual office, and supporting services).
  • Plan and execute community-building events that drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate sales activity, pipeline details, and client communications.
  • Serve as the welcoming ambassador of your location—ensuring every guest and client feels seen, supported, and valued.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring a polished, functional, and well-maintained environment.
  • Build and nurture relationships with current clients, local businesses, and corporate aggregator partners to generate new leads and referrals.
