Tasks

-Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are safely stored and properly maintained -Clean exterior villa areas, including windows, decking, and pathways -Attend to general repairs and maintenance, including plumbing fixes and door adjustments -Dispose of waste efficiently and keep communal areas tidy -Maintain the appearance of outdoor spaces with mowing, weeding, hedging, and pruning -Work collaboratively to provide excellent service and maintain a high standard across the site
