Tasks

-Assist the other team members to enhance efficiency. -Employees must consider Quality, Health, Safety, Information Security, and Environmental outcomes in all actions, fostering relationships for idea exchange, following ISO Systems, Policies and Procedures, and reporting incidents. Priority must be given to health, safety, collaboration with managers, safeguarding of assets, and the responsible use of equipment provided. -Manage and process civils booking forms accurately to ensure proper documentation and scheduling. -Work closely with the Senior Reinstatement Manager to align operational goals and ensure smooth execution of reinstatement activities. -Maintain a minimum of 80% utilization across civils and reinstatement teams. -Working at all times in accordance with company policies, procedures, and processes. -Ensure compliance with SWUK Protocol legislation through diligent administration and record-keeping. -Drive and monitor the usage of heavy plant machinery -Proactive: Takes initiative to address potential issues and enhance project delivery. -Strategically plan the deployment and scheduling of grab vehicles to support civils and reinstatement operations.
