Tasks

-Analyze the overall market and monitor industry trends to identify or what will impact dispositions -Participate in the development of disposition strategies for BTR investments -Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company -Determine optimal sell timing to maximize value and accurately forecast quarterly sales goals -Participate in the disposition process including broker selection, integrity/accuracy of offering materials, marketing process and closing -Maintain a disposition tracker showing launch date, broker, expected offer date and closing date for all BTR dispositions -Maintain a disposition summary and monthly dashboard for all BTR projects including name, division, location, projected valuation and sale timing for internal forecasting and reporting -Review broker opinion of values to ensure accuracy of the pro forma and projected valuation for BTR investments prior to a marketing launch -Assist in gathering and reviewing due diligence materials in the data room that is shared with potential buyers during the due-diligence process

What You Bring

-Goal oriented, self-starter that takes initiative to effect change with continuous improvement in multifamily underwriting process -Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics or related field -1 to 3 years of commercial real estate, private equity, or investment banking -Proficiency with MS Office and email -Ability to travel overnight -Knowledge of advanced Excel financial modeling, formulas and functions including pivot tables, and conditional formatting -Experience in real estate disposition and single-family rental investments is a plus -Present well-supported arguments for or against specific investment opportunities -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to summarize conclusions -Ability to deliver effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences -Highly organized and able to focus under pressure while balancing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
