Work in partnership with the recruiting team to communicate the craft needs.
Maintain relationships with the Cianbro Institute to communicate workforce development opportunities to team members and supervisors.
Monitor and update staffing changes and forecasts, ensuring Team Members comply with jobsite, state and federal requirements (drug screens, required background checks, etc.).
Attend external networking events (job/career fairs, etc.). As determined by Operational HR Manager.
Coordinate job assignments with new and existing team members while assisting supervision with on/off boarding.
Serve as the first point of contact for general HR-related inquiries from Team Members, such as questions about benefits, HR processes, addresses changes, per diem policies and other routine matters.
Work together with the Project Management Team on a daily basis to support the human resource needs of the market.

Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and capable of quickly learning internal software.

Excellent customer service skills with the demonstrated ability to identify and resolve employment/recruitment issues in partnership with managers is a must.
The preferred candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Knowledge and experience of the construction industry and construction trades is required.
Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
