Tasks
-Collaborate with site leadership to resolve safety concerns -Conduct continuous site safety inspections and hazard assessments -Maintain accurate safety documentation and logs -Monitor compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies -Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion -Serve as the primary safety contact for the assigned construction site -Investigate incidents and near-misses; recommend corrective actions -Promote a proactive site leadership to resolve safety concerns -Lead safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions

What You Bring
-Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices -Must show attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality, accurate work -Must possess strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively -Must demonstrate a customer-service mindset when supporting internal teams and external contacts -Must communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing -Excellent communication and leadership skills -Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity and ethical behavior in all interactions -Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems and digital tools -Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e.: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) -Must be a dependable team player who collaborates respectfully with colleagues across departments -Experience managing safety on a single-site construction project -Must have an active STSC certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) -Must be capable of learning and adapting to new systems and technologies with ease -Comfortable working within Windows-based platforms -Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred -Must be self-driven and able to manage responsibilities independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment -Must understand the importance of safety compliance and contribute to a culture of safety awareness
