-Present findings to clients in concise and clear manner and Identify opportunities for improved processes -Build relationships with leading construction, civil and concrete companies -Manage the full 360 cycle -Networking at sporting events -Conduct necessary research to establish ideal recruitment solutions -Offer strategic solutions (sourcing candidates) -Approach new and existing clients regarding live vacancies (Business Development)

-Ability to manage multiple clients -Conversing at director level -Degree level, A level or GCSE,s -Experience using LinkedIn recruiter (essential) -Track record of target driven ability -Experience team with over 50 years in recruitment and sub contracting -Valid driving license -Competent communication skills -Experience in white collar recruitment -Experience using excel -Cv formatting -Competent using LinkedIn recruiter
