Tasks

-Analyze quality performance metrics; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). -Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other applicable standards. -Perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) analysis of test results to monitor process stability and capability. -Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and continuous improvement practices. -Develop the quality team, including inspectors, analysts, and engineers. -Present quality reports and improvement plans to the Site Manager and leadership team. -Engage directly with customers to address quality issues. -Use analytical, problem-solving, communication and influence to collaborate with a variety of teams, including customer partners, to resolve quality issues and improve processes. -Ensure that quality control procedures are implemented and followed at every stage of the production process. -Lead internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits. -Oversee equipment calibration and maintenance of calibration records to ensure measurement accuracy. -Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards. -Oversee supplier quality management and conduct supplier audits.

What You Bring

-5+ years' progressively responsible experience in quality management within the chemical manufacturing or chemical coatings industries -2+ years in a leadership role. -Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, and A3. -Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred. -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. -Experience with quality management software, Oracle or SAP -Certification such as CQE, CQA, or Six Sigma Green Belt required -Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF16949, Six Sigma, Lean).
