Tasks

-Train new hires and keep everyone sharp on safety, accuracy, and efficiency -Lead, coach, and motivate the warehouse team (yes — you'll have direct reports!) -Manage distribution processes and standard operating procedures -Track product inventory and upload photos through company software -Communicate clearly across teams — from field techs to delivery drivers to leadership -Plan and allocate materials to meet operational and production goals -Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running tight

What You Bring

-2+ years of experience in a warehouse lead or supervisory role -Strong communication and organization skills -Leadership or coaching experience preferred. -Valid driver's license (DOT Medical Card or ability to get one — company paid!)
