Tasks

-Selling new residential homes. -Ensure the company cell phone is answered between 9am and 9pm Monday - Sunday. -Register all sales center visitors into the Lasso CRM. -Ensure the Sales Center is opened and operational for all hours as laid out by Bedrock Homes. -Engage and participating in the sales and marketing process. -Attend all Sales meetings for information, direction, continuous improvement of sales strategies and sales team mentorship. -Manage customer opportunities through the Lasso CRM. -Meet community and personal sales targets laid out. -Tour visitors through show homes and spec homes.

What You Bring

-Previous experience in a role demanding greater customer satisfaction and sales target achievement preferred. -A valid class five (5) driver’s license and personal reliable transportation is required. -Highschool or GED certificate required. -Intermediate computer competencies, specifically with Microsoft Office, is preferred. -One (1) or more years of direct sales experience required. New home sales experience is preferred.
