We are looking for a Project Planner and Controller (PCO) to join our dedicated and passionate team specializing in Integrated Project Services. In this role, you will be at the heart of the performance of our numerous multidisciplinary projects, ensuring rigorous management of schedules and costs while fostering proactive collaboration with all stakeholders. Your expertise will help optimize timelines, control risks, and guarantee smooth execution, directly contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Design and maintain master and detailed schedules, including resources, establish the baseline plan, and ensure updates based on progress and changes
- Develop and implement cost control processes, analyze trends, define action plans, and produce monthly progress reports
- Identify and analyze the critical path, monitor variances, propose corrective actions and solutions to optimize schedules
- Prepare earned value analyses, present performance indicators (SPI, CPI), and communicate risks and corrective measures to the team and the client
- Participate in reviewing contractors’ schedules, validate key milestones according to contractual requirements, and work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution and effective risk management

- Master’s degree in project management, an asset
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in project planning and control for large-scale construction projects
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or the Ordre des architectes du Québec (OAQ)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Proficiency in scheduling and planning software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
- University degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline
- PMP certification, an asset
- Proficiency in both French and English is required for this position to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community members nationwide.
