- Operate equipment and machinery safely and professionally.
- Oversee the daily maintenance tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and aesthetics of the Village.
- Proactively ensure the quality and safety of grounds maintenance activities.
- Complete job-related paperwork professionally.
- Maintain and ensure the safe working order of all landscaping equipment.
- Perform a range of grounds maintenance tasks, including lawn mowing (both push and ride-on), gardening, and hedging.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for various tasks.

- Previous experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance position
- Great customer service skills teamed with a positive attitude and a strong attention to details
- Ability to work with limited supervision

- Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work culture.
- Driver's Licence
