  • Operate equipment and machinery safely and professionally.
  • Oversee the daily maintenance tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and aesthetics of the Village.
  • Proactively ensure the quality and safety of grounds maintenance activities.
  • Complete job-related paperwork professionally.
  • Maintain and ensure the safe working order of all landscaping equipment.
  • Perform a range of grounds maintenance tasks, including lawn mowing (both push and ride-on), gardening, and hedging.
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for various tasks.

  • Previous experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance position
  • Great customer service skills teamed with a positive attitude and a strong attention to details

  • Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work culture.
  • Driver's Licence
