Supervises facilities assistants, handles maintenance, security, helpdesk & compliance.

Tasks

-Conducting repairs to fixtures and fittings. -Building and Cleaning monitoring. Auditing of statutory testing. -Undertaking minor maintenance work such as lamp changing. -Book in Permit holders for Lets. -Manage the signing in of Subcontractors for Skanska -Conducting routine checks and inspection of facilities and equipment. -Providing initial response to any reported faults. -Undertaking conference room set up for meetings in Community rooms. -Assisting with minor and major moves within the school.

What You Bring

-Proven experience of working in a busy and demanding customer focused environment. -Demonstrable maintenance skills such as home maintenance. -Experience of working within a maintenance environment. -Ability to use office computer systems including e-mail, spreadsheets, and databases. -Understanding of health and safety and its application to the working environment. -Ability to understand and follow instructions and procedures.
