-Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements -Manage batching and loading of Heidelberg Materials fleet for delivery to our valued customers -Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business -Engage with customers and respond to enquiries -Balance our customers' needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency
