Tasks

At haus & haus we focus on long term client relationships and outstanding customer service, while supporting our agents through strong management, administration, and marketing teams - ensuring they have the insights, leads, and opportunities to thrive and succeed in their role. -Obtain through key contacts good investment opportunities to purchase/lease ready properties. -To ensure property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies. -Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information is available for entry into relevant database programs. -Maintaining accurate records on properties, clients, and landlords. -Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their rental requirements until such time as the appropriate property is found. -Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients. -Prepare lease agreement and all necessary documents.

We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Consultant who is driven, customer focused, able to work well under pressure and can use their own initiative. -Good communication and presentation skills. -Proficient in creating & presenting weekly/monthly leasing reports. -Proficient in MS Office.
