Overview

Oversee governance frameworks, risk, compliance and audit across sites

Tasks

-Work closely with site and cluster teams to build a culture of compliance and ownership. -Conduct training sessions and awareness programs on SOP adherence and internal governance. -Provide inputs during policy review, EIP implementation, and process standardization. -Maintain a central tracker for risk identification, compliance checklists, and audit observation closures. -Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Admin, Procurement, Stores, HR, IR) for OE Testing -Review adherence to Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR), SOPs, and statutory requirements. -Implement and monitor Governance & RACM framework across functions and projects.

What You Bring

-Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). -Ability to travel to project sites across geographies. -8–10 years of relevant experience. -Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. -Process-oriented with good documentation and follow-up discipline. -Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks. -Good coordination and communication skills.
