Tasks

-Supporting the team on pursuing work through assisting with RFP preparation including schedule and fee -Manage a group of architectural staff, leading project meetings, and coordinating other building disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects. -Review monthly project performance data including utilization, multipliers, revenue analysis (profit/loss), hard and soft backlog, client/ consulting invoicing, work in progress and accounts receivable, overhead optimization, and overall quality of work. -Manage the planning, scheduling, forecasting and staffing and working with accounting to achieve the desired results. -Manage a team of consultants -Provide technical and administrative oversight to ensure that both the internal and external client needs are met and that the projects are delivered within cost, quality and schedule targets -Manage a team in producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings

What You Bring

-Licensed Architect or professional designation/education in a design/construction focused field. -Minimum of 10 years experience working in a similar role -Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software, AutoCAD software, Visualization software, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365 environment and Bluebeam. -Experience with Security & Defence and mixed-use projects would be considered an asset. -Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be considered an asset.
