Overview
Provide FP&A support to North America sales, analyzing metrics, rebates, incentives.

Tasks
-Responsible for all customer rebate calculations and management of related balance sheet accounts -Support sales management KPI and strategic initiative reviews that measure performance across the region -Recommend financial actions by assessing options in relation to organization goals -Maintain and improve monthly reporting to sales account managers and the sales management team -Support implementation of reports through Excel and Microsoft Power BI, utilize the tool automate and improve business insights -Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales and financial data during month-end close -Assist in the development of sales incentive targets and own the tracking/payment of quarterly sales incentive -Performs ad hoc analysis for executives as required

What You Bring
-Track record of creating strong partnerships and influencing at all levels of the organization, particularly the sales leadership organization -3 - 5 years of strategic FP&A experience -Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills -Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Experience may be used in lieu of education. -Ability to articulate financial concepts to non-finance business partners in a clear and concise manner -Proven ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced team environment -Excellent written and oral communication skills, and comfortable facilitating and presenting to groups -Experience with Oracle, a plus -Experience supporting a sales organization -Exceptional critical thinking skills: ability to decompose complex problems, prioritize issues, and implement sensible solutions -Ability to demonstrate flexibility and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously -Expert user of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI and the Microsoft Office Suite
