Design and review electrical CAD drawings for utility and energy projects

Tasks

-Review a sample of all drawings supplied by detailed engineering firm to ensure compliance with Customer’s CAD standards, this includes items such as: -CAD work during the conceptual engineering phase of the project -Review and proper filing of as-built drawing work associated with all projects -Provide support during the detailed engineering phase of the project by drafting key concepts needed to convey intent to the design engineer as needed

What You Bring

-Proper use of CAD layers in drawings -Proficient with AutoCAD and MicroStation. -Utilities background preferred -5 years or more of CAD experience -Line and text style weights, fonts, heights, -Strong knowledge with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel -Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience
