The Role

Overview

Customer‑facing sales surveyor who assesses homes and sells renewable energy solutions.

Tasks

-Design Proposals: Create and present tailored proposals, supported by our in-house design team. -Professional Representation: Represent GreenGenUK with professionalism, building trust and long-term customer relationships. -Follow-Up: Engage with quotes and leads to maximise conversion rates. -Compliance: Maintain full compliance with MCS and RECC standards. -Lead Conversion: Convert GreenGen-supplied leads and proactively generate new enquiries and relationships. -Customer Education: Educate customers on technology, payback, and available grants such as the Boiler Upgrade Scheme. -Conduct Surveys: Carry out in-home surveys to assess suitability for solar, battery, and heat pump systems.

-Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Consultation Skills: Confident in conducting in-home consultations and technical discussions. -Self-Motivation: Strong drive to generate business and consistently meet targets. -Organisation: Organised, disciplined, and focused on delivering a great customer experience. -Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on energy trends, smart tariffs, and government incentives. -Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or surveying, ideally in renewables, heating, or home improvements.
