Tasks
The Plumbing Design Engineer will act as a discipline lead on multiple projects, taking responsibility for plumbing system selection, engineering, and design. The role involves producing construction documents, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring quality, accuracy, and technical rigor throughout all project phases. -Prepare drawings, calculations, specifications, and analyses for plumbing and piping systems -Participate in site visits and construction administration -Manage and mentor plumbing support staff -Lead plumbing design for multiple concurrent MEP projects -Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery -Perform system selection and sizing aligned with project performance goals

What You Bring
-Professional Engineer (PE) license -Communicate effectively in both technical and client-facing settings -LEED Accreditation -Working knowledge of IPC/UPC and IBC standards -2–10 years of MEP plumbing design and consulting experience -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (BSME) -Certified in Plumbing Design (CPD) or equivalent experience -Experience with Autodesk® Revit
