Tasks
-Manage project team and coordination of consultants -Resolve challenging technical and design issues with the team to produce innovative, technical and constructible solutions -Produce BIM models and construction drawings -Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives -Engage directly with senior design leadership from early development through the implementation of design solutions -Provide Mentorship and coaching to grow junior staff members -Participate in office culture and initiatives

What You Bring
-Understanding of how buildings are constructed, along with the ability to create technical documents that succinctly, thoroughly, and accurately describe the work to be done -Proficiency with SketchUp, 3D Max, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred, but not required -Experience managing multiple aspects of client, team, and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, and civil consultants -Previous experience in sustainable design projects preferable. Especially built projects with LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Standard, Fitwel and /or Net Zero Building certification -Effective communicator, collaborative and team-conscious -A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment -8+ years of experience in the profession of architectural design -Understanding of sustainable and universal design concepts -Experience performing zoning and code analysis in multiple jurisdictions -Experience resolving complex technical and design issues -Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills -Strong experience working with Revit and Rhino -Experience working directly with contractors -Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited school
