Manage busway partner strategy, growth, and relationships in EMEA region.

Tasks
-Responsible for the selection, onboarding and nurturing of busway partners in alignment with division and sales criteria. This includes providing training, audits, supply chain activation, and product assortment definition. -Ensure partners provide after-sales support at Eaton standards, participate in commissioning activities, and resolve end customer issues as needed. -Act as an EHS and Quality representative, championing the Eaton brand. -Provide application support through design, engineering, and assembly efficiency. -Liaise and collaborate with partner (program) managers and functions in industrialization, quality, supply chain marketing and sales for initial price setting, certification, operational support, and business & marketing plans to accelerate partner growth. -Collaborate with product line and engineering teams for partner software and product assortment. -Define supporting processes and tools to enable country sales organizations technically and commercially to run the busway business with partnering companies. -Collaborate with sales organizations to visit partners and drive the selection and onboarding process. -Coordinate with local partners regarding the qualification of local suppliers to ensure targeted quality. -Identify, understand and translate partners’ expectations and needs and the competitive landscape in order to adjust the tactical approach and drive the right busway developments. -Ensure that all Eaton and partner commitments are met in accordance with contractual and business objectives. Oversee busway assembly and manufacturing licenses in the EMEA region. -Define busway partnership strategy and ecosystem requirements, support structure and priorities in alignment with product and go to market strategy.

What You Bring
-Experience in setting up and managing partnerships. -Proficient in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in additional languages is an asset -Strong knowledge of electrical systems, business products, and applications. -Experience in customer negotiations, preferably global. -Minimum 5 years related experience with partner business busway system -Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities, with the capacity to coordinate, collaborate, and manage individuals without direct reporting relationships -Ability to collaboration and manage cross functional teams in a matrix organization. -Experience with engineer-to-order business setup for Busway Systems -Busway (field) application knowledge -Excellent communication and presentation skills and intercultural awareness -Proven experience in developing business strategy, planning, budgeting, and analytical skills. -Bachelor degree in engineering is a must
