Tasks

-Oversee end-to-end project delivery -Build cross-functional relationships across JLL service lines -Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers and specialists -Identify and win additional work with the client -Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client-centricity -Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies -Manage all client escalations -Ensure compliance with quality standards, budgets, and timelines -Develop and execute strategies for programme management and delivery -Lead strategic planning and resource allocation decisions -Broaden and deepen the client relationship -Conduct performance management and talent development initiatives -Identify new business opportunities and service expansion -Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction -Serve as key client contact -Identify other external opportunities for the PDS business

What You Bring

-PMP, LEED AP, or other relevant certifications advantageous -15+ years in project management, development, or construction -Master's degree (MBA/MS) preferred -Expertise in project management methodologies and tools -5+ years in senior leadership roles -Proven track record in commercial real estate or related industry -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field -Experience managing large-scale, complex projects ($50M+) -Standardised programme and project management processes
