-Manage Site Managers, Supervisors and a large site team -Lead day-to-day site operations on a major commercial build -Drive program, resourcing, sequencing, and construction efficiency -Solve problems quickly, coordinate with design/engineering, and maintain momentum -Ensure high standards of WHS, quality and subcontractor performance

What You Bring

-Strong leadership, communication and subcontractor management -Strong capability across structures and services -Proven experience delivering complex new build construction projects valued $100M+ as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager -Previous Commercial, Health, Education, Transport, or Social Infrastructure projects -Excellent short-term and long-term programming skills -Ability to maintain speed, safety and quality on large, resource-heavy sites
