The Role
Overview
Lead electrical maintenance team, oversee FM services & standby calls.

Tasks
-Provide accurate reporting and play a key role in supporting audits across quality, health & safety, environment. -Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver services professionally and cost-effectively. -Lead and inspire a small team of engineers, site staff and subcontractors to deliver efficient, high-quality services. -Participation in standby rota for emergency calls, outside normal working hours

What You Bring
-18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) -You must have lived in the UK for the past three years with no significant footprint outside of the UK other than for normal holidays. -City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology -Solid knowledge of electrical and SFG20/CAFM systems. -Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams. -Confidence in handling escalations and management of both Permit to Work & Safe Systems of Work. -Please note that internal job moves are subject to the standard terms for the post being advertised. Enhanced terms cannot be honoured. -Able to prioritise under pressure and solve problems pragmatically. -Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferably -Customer-focused with a “can-do” attitude and eye for detail. -NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services -Electrical Installation Apprenticeship (Level 3) -Good IT skills with the ability to produce reports from multiple sources/systems. -Bankruptcy history, CCJs, social media activity and criminal convictions will be checked as part of the vetting process. -A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills. -You must be a British Citizen, EU citizen with settled status, or have an ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) from a Commonwealth country. -Experience in a technical estates or facilities management environments, including H.V/L.V networks & stand-by generators -Strong leadership qualities with the ability to encourage and embed the right behaviours across the team.
